Unlike traditional meditation, vocal meditation invites you to feel sound moving through the body, creating a sense of presence and calm that many people find both accessible and deeply embodied.
Sound healing utilizes the power of vibrational frequencies to restore balance and harmony within the body. Using instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chanting, sound waves move through the body at a cellular level, helping to release energetic blockages and support the brain’s natural shift into an alpha state of deep relaxation.
The combination of sound vibration and Reiki’s gentle supportive energy, this combination creates a powerful opportunity to quiet the mind, restore harmony, and open space for healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

Bierock is known for their famous bierocks, comfort food, craft beers, and offers a delicious and unique brunch menu. Spend some time with fellow yogis outside of the studio to connect, unwind, and have some fun!

A Kundalini Activation Healing Journey is a deeply immersive energetic experience that activates your own innate Kundalini life force energy and guides it into motion in a safe, supported way.
The session begins with conscious, connected breathwork, used intentionally to help quiet the overactive “monkey mind” and guide the nervous system out of fight-or-flight (sympathetic activation) and into a state of safety, receptivity, and regulation (parasympathetic response). This shift allows the body to soften, the mind to relax, and the system to become open to deeper healing.
From this grounded state, participants are guided into rest on their mats as a vortex of energy is created within the space. This energetic container activates each participant’s own Kundalini energy, allowing it to move through the body and energy system intelligently and organically — without force, effort, or control.
Who This Journey Is For
This journey is for those who feel ready to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authentic self, and support meaningful change from the inside out. No prior experience is required — only openness and a willingness to surrender to the process.
